If you have questions about connection drops, importing a subscription, or an order status, submit a ticket through the user panel. Describe what happened and keep follow-up details and replies in the same ticket.
User Panel Tickets
Use tickets for connection troubleshooting, client setup, data and plan questions, and billing or refund issues. Log in to the relevant account before submitting a ticket. If you already have one, add details to the existing ticket.
Response times depend on when a reply is posted to your ticket; no fixed response time is promised. We may need more information to reproduce a routing issue, verify an order, or process a refund. Check your original ticket for updates.
Email and Telegram
There is currently no public support email or Telegram contact. Submit connection, account, and billing questions through a user panel ticket. These channels are not available for support, and no response times are provided for them.
What to Include in Your Ticket
Connection and Access Issues
Tell us your platform, client name, selected region, and route type, along with when the issue occurred and what happened. For example, the client connects but a website keeps loading, or the same app remains inaccessible after switching routes. You can paste error messages as shown, but redact sensitive information from screenshots.
Include the plan and data status shown in the panel, and say whether the issue occurs when retrieving the subscription, importing it, or connecting. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Data add-ons do not expire and remain available until used. If the displayed status differs from what you expected, describe the difference without sharing your full subscription URL.
In a ticket for the relevant account, include the order ID, payment method, and status shown in the panel. We accept Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. You can request a refund directly in your ticket; review the refund policy first. In payment screenshots, include only the details needed to verify the transaction.
After submitting a ticket, open it in the user panel to check for replies. If you switch routes, change client settings, or see a new error message, add the changes and results to the original ticket to help us troubleshoot.
Keep related messages in the same ticket and describe separate issues separately. No email address is required to create an account; just use a username and password. Keep your login details safe so you can return to your support history.
What can I check while waiting for a reply?
First, check that your local connection is working, then review your subscription and data status in the panel. Confirm that your client is using the intended route. Change one setting at a time and note the result. If an order status looks wrong, keep the current records and submit a ticket to avoid paying twice.
Do I need to submit access logs from every app?
No. Q7VPN does not keep logs. Describe the service you were trying to access, the error, and any relevant settings. If you need to share diagnostic details, first remove account information, subscription credentials, and other sensitive data.
