Services and Scope
Q7VPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel. Refer to the panel for specific connection methods and available routes.
The service provides network connectivity. It does not provide accounts for third-party websites, content licenses or paid benefits. The regional requirements, account eligibility and content rules of any destination service are set by its operator. A successful connection does not grant permission to use that platform.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their login credentials and subscription details secure and should not publish them or entrust them to unrelated parties. If you notice an unusual login, a subscription leak or activity you did not perform, change your password and explain the situation in a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to devices owned or managed by the account holder and does not permit account sharing with multiple people. You may not resell, rent or transfer an account or subscription without authorization, or repackage routes as a paid access service for others.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check the billing method and traffic allowance before choosing a plan. See the Plans page for prices.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for instructions and details on processing.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their location and conduct, as well as the network rules of destination websites, applications and their operators. Before using the service, users must independently confirm that their access and intended use have a lawful basis.
You may not use the service to commit fraud, intrude into another party’s systems, distribute malicious software, steal information, infringe intellectual property rights or engage in other illegal conduct. You may not send abusive communications, make requests that disrupt networks or interfere with other users’ normal use. When using organizational devices or business data, you must also obtain any necessary authorization.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection performance may be affected by factors including local network conditions, carrier routing, device configuration, destination platform policies and maintenance. Q7VPN does not guarantee connectivity in every location or at all times, nor that third-party platforms will always accept access through a particular route.
If a problem occurs, first check your local connection and client configuration, then provide your system, error message and reproduction steps in a support ticket. Do not submit your password or complete subscription details. Maintenance and changes that affect use will be announced on the site or described in the user panel.
Users should keep their own copies of important files and business records. Responsibility for impacts caused by changes to third-party services, device failures or events beyond reasonable control will be determined under applicable law and based on the actual cause. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit users’ statutory rights.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If Q7VPN identifies illegal use, resale or sharing, attacks or other conduct that affects service operation, it may restrict connections, suspend a subscription or terminate an account. Where an ongoing risk exists, related access may be suspended while the situation is reviewed; any action taken should be proportionate to the risk.
Users may raise an objection and provide further information through a support ticket. When a subscription expires or its traffic is used up, the associated access benefits end according to the plan status; this is not the same as termination for a violation. Payments are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law. Account restrictions do not automatically remove refund rights.
Changes to These Terms and Feedback
When these terms are updated due to service changes or legal requirements, this page will show the changes and the month of the latest update. Important changes affecting user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. The notice will specify the scope and effective date of any changes; changes will not retroactively diminish rights already acquired under the law.
If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service and raise your concern through a user panel ticket. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data processing. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable law.
